TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION OF OUR COLLECTIONS
After production, our collections are then shipped to our physical stores in over 50 countries or directly to our customers, when they order online.
To minimise the impact of our distribution, we take action in the design and management of our points of sale and prioritise low-carbon transport and delivery methods.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND THE DESIGN OF OUR BOUTIQUES
We continuously strive to reduce energy consumption in our stores by using low-energy lighting, limiting air conditioning and heating, and managing the lighting hours for our shop windows.
Also, to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions from our boutiques, we favour, wherever possible, the use of green electricity contracts.
Furthermore, for our boutique fit-outs, we favour the use of recycled and recyclable materials. Since 2020, we have been striving to redesign all of our stores with a new concept that incorporates eco-design criteria, thanks in particular to the use of more sustainable materials (mineral wall coatings made from lime, natural pigments and marble powder, wood from FSC-certified forests, LED lighting, etc.).

ONLINE ORDERS
To limit the impact of online purchases, we are taking action on the packaging and shipping of your orders. With this in mind, we encourage in-store returns and exchanges.
2025
Our e-commerce boxes are FSC-certified and 100% recyclable. They are designed to be easily resealed and reused for returns. In addition, this year we have replaced all small and medium-sized boxes with envelopes for orders shipped from our boutiques. The use of these envelopes will be rolled out for shipping our archive sales during the second half of the year.
On our Sandro second-hand France site, we offer the Hipli reusable parcel.
Finally, some of our e-commerce orders, especially in Europe, are dispatched from our stores closest to the delivery address to reduce the distance travelled.
