Driven by the strong convictions of our teams, Sandro is committed to contributing to the transition towards more responsible, sustainable and circular fashion. Convinced that the longevity of our collections extends beyond the season for which they are created, Sandro wanted to address today's concerns with the Sandro Second Hand service. Launched in 2021 and progressively rolled out in Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria and Belgium, this service aims to be available in all countries where Sandro operates.
The process has been designed to be as simple and accessible as possible for anyone wishing to sell their pieces. Available online or in-store, our second-hand take-back service allows our customers to return the pieces they no longer wear, either with one of our qualified sales assistants or by filling out a form directly online. After authentication and a quality check by our experts, they will receive a voucher that can be used to purchase new SANDRO or SANDRO Second Hand pieces, either in-store or online.
This circular approach is a key step in Sandro's CSR commitments, an initiative launched several years ago by Evelyne and Ilan Chetrite.

In partnership with Save Your Wardrobe, the British start-up and winner of the Grand Prix de l’Innovation at VivaTech, Sandro now offers a quick and easy repair service, accessible both in-store and online in just a few clicks.
