OUR PRODUCTION
It is in the heart of Paris, in the design studios and workshops, that the first prototypes of the Sandro collections are created.
Production then extends to a network of 140 partner sites spread across some thirty countries, including Portugal, France, Italy, Turkey, China, Serbia, Bulgaria and Tunisia. The selection of our partners is guided above all by the search for technical expertise, which is sometimes rare, while also relying on social and environmental audits.

Furthermore, another of our daily concerns is to improve our production by precisely aligning our volumes with our actual needs. To achieve this, we have implemented new demand planning tools. They allow us to adjust the quantities manufactured, gain agility in distribution, and thus significantly reduce our residual stock at the end of the season.

OUR SUPPLIER AUDITS
Sandro is committed to more ethical and responsible production through our social and environmental compliance policy. Many of our suppliers and manufacturers are long-standing partners who have grown with Sandro. We maintain special relationships with them, while ensuring they adhere to our social and environmental standards.
The supplier social and environmental compliance policy is based on the following framework:
• the mandatory signing by all suppliers of a code of conduct detailing our requirements.
• when onboarding a new supplier, the collection and review of social audits or social certifications held by the manufacturing sites.
• the completion of social and environmental audits, which can either be commissioned by Sandro or carried out at the request of other companies according to standards recognised by the SMCP group (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, WCA and SA 8000 for social; ISO 14 001, Bluesign, Step by Oeko-Tex for the environment).
• Monitoring non-conformities identified during audits and implementing subsequent corrective action plans.
