DELIVERY

Delivery is available for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg & Portugal.
Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods

STANDARD DELIVERY
Your package is delivered free of charge within 3 to 4 working days, to the delivery address provided during your order.

RETURNS

Returns will be at your expense. An amount of 4,95€ will be withheld from your refund, corresponding to the return costs. Returns can be made by post or in store (Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg) within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which you received your order. For returns by post :

- You initially have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
During this period, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by generating your prepaid return label. If you have a customer account, go to the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" area. Select the relevant order and click on "Return Label".
Click on "How to return an item" to get your customs forms.
You will have to select the items you want to return to generate the customs forms.
Be aware that you will have to print three customs forms for each items you want to return. If you placed an order as a guest, you will be able to access the return label via the "Order Tracking" page, which can be accessed from our Site by entering your order number.
Generating your return label constitutes withdrawal.

- Once the return label has been generated, you then have 15 days from the date on which the return label was generated to return your package by post.

We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal regulations: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider. At no time do we have access to your personal data regarding your means of payment, including credit cards, and we do not store them on our servers.

CREDIT CARD

Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.

PAYPAL

Payment for your order is made directly online through PayPal. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your PayPal account will be charged with the total amount of your order.

You also have the option to pay in 4 installments at no cost for orders ranging from 30 euros to 2,000 euros (with monthly deductions).

APPLE PAY

Payment for your order can be made online using Apple Pay. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, the total amount of your order will be debited from your Apple Pay-associated account. This solution ensures a fast and secure payment process for your order.
