Delivery is available for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg & Portugal.
Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below. For Archive Sale items, shipping times will be extended to 10 working days.
All Archive Sale items and pieces from our Spring/Summer 2025 or Autumn/Winter 2024 collection (incl. Last Chance) are now available to purchase. Your items can be divided into several parcels.
STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE FROM 100€
Your package is shipped within 10 working days, to the delivery address provided during your order.
If you spend less than 100€ the delivery costs are set to €7.
RETURNS
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more of your items to us by post. All postal returns are at your expense. 4.95 € will be deducted from your refund.

Your order may be delivered in several parcels. It is important that you declare your return only once you have received all the items you ordered. Please note that we provide you with a single return label.
We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal regulations: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider. At no time do we have access to your personal data regarding your means of payment, including credit cards, and we do not store them on our servers.
CREDIT CARD
Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.
PAYPAL
Payment for your order is made directly online through PayPal. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your PayPal account will be charged with the total amount of your order.
You also have the option to pay in 4 installments at no cost for orders ranging from 30 euros to 2,000 euros (with monthly deductions).
APPLE PAY
Payment for your order can be made online using Apple Pay. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, the total amount of your order will be debited from your Apple Pay-associated account. This solution ensures a fast and secure payment process for your order.
