All Outlet items and pieces from our Spring/Summer 2023 or Autumn/Winter 2023 collection (incl. Last Chance) are now available to purchase. Your items can be divided into several parcels. ​

For Outlet items:

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item by post (these orders cannot be returned to stores). The amount of €7, corresponding to the return shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.

For items from the Spring/Summer 2023 or Autumn/ Winter 2023 collection: ​

Returns are free within 30 days.​ Returns can be made by post or in store.​

For all items:

- You initially have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. During this period, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by generating your prepaid return label in the "My Account" area, or via the "Order Tracking" page. 
- You then have 15 days from the date on which the return label was generated to return your package.
