Delivery times and charges

Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below.

Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods or outlets.

Chronopost Standard Delivery

3 to 5 working days Free

Chronopost Express Delivery

2 working days 6€

For Outlet items, delivery times will be extended to 10 working days. Free home & pick-up point delivery when you spend 80 € or more. If you spend less than 80 € the delivery costs are set to 7 € .

Your package will be deliver within 3-5 working days, through Chronopost, at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be ask to present your ID and the order confirmation.

Chronopost Express Delivery

Your package will be deliver within 2 working days, through Chronopost, at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be ask to present your ID and the order confirmation.

 

 

Delivery terms and conditions

You have 30 days to return your products by post. The items you want to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.

Only new, unworn and clean products will be refunded within 4 to 10 days after reception of your parcel by our warehouse.

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

To make a return:

 

- On the delivery note in your parcel, tick the item(s) you wish to return.

 

 

- Insert this delivery note in the return box together with the products(s) you are returning

 

 

- Stick the prepaid postal label on your box

 

 

- Take your box to the post office or in a UPS dropoff location

If you have lost your prepaid postage label, we invite you to download and print it from your order tracking area. You can also contact our Customer Service to provide you with a new one.

For Outlet orders: You have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to return an item. Returning items from the Outlet is at your expense. The amount of 7 € corresponding to the return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns can only be made by post. If your order includes both items from the Outlet and from current collections, your items will be sent out in several parcels. Any returns must be made separately: items from the Outlet in one parcel and items from current collections in another. Return fees for items from current collections are currently free.
