Every stage of manufacturing and processing this sweater was carried out in China, in factories socially certified by stringent independent labels, using wool fibres from Argentinian and Australian sheep.     FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Returns are free and can be made by post or in store within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which you received your order.

     

    - You initially have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. During this period, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by generating your prepaid return label in the "My Account" area, or via the "Order Tracking" page. 
    - You then have 15 days from the date on which the return label was generated to return your package.
