The current unprecedented situation has forced us to take decisive action, which includes the temporary closure of our points of sale in countries such as France, Spain and Italy.
When we set up Sandro some 30 years ago, nothing would have been possible without shared passion and above all, collective determination. Season after season, it was the combined efforts of men and women that enabled us to deal with challenges along the way.
Now more than ever, we are putting our faith in this collective strength, as only by working together can we overcome this ordeal. Every gesture of goodwill counts, sometimes even the simplest. That is why we are sending each and every one of you our warmest thoughts at this time.

1. ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY
Despite the exceptional circumstances, you can continue to safely place orders on our site using the free standard delivery; delivery times may be delayed.
Our delivery times may be delayed by up to 7-8 working days.
Express delivery, as well as delivery to pick-up points, stores and courier delivery in Paris are temporarily unavailable.
Rest assured that all health and safety measures are taken at our warehouse to prepare your orders.
In response to government policy and due to the temporary closure of Sandro points of sale in certain countries, our e-reservation service is currently unavailable.
